We are looking to further strengthen and grow our team of NVQ/QCF Assessors in the Health & Social Care sector.

Role Purpose:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, driven and motivated trainer and assessor. You will be capable of supporting learners with guidance, delivery and assessment through the Key Units to achieve their qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• To manage a caseload of learners undertaking NVQ's/QCF’s at Level 2 and 3
• Support and assist learners with their progression through the NVQ/QCF
• To ensure that learners are visited on a monthly basis
• To ensure all audit paperwork is kept up to date
• To work towards agreed objectives/targets

Skills & experience required:

• Experience of assessing within Health & Social Care is desirable
• Ability to deliver Functional Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated team player with the ability to motivate others
• Able to remain focused under pressure and meet challenging goals and deadlines
• Open to feedback and keen to take ownership of actions and personal development
• Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Driven, determined and results focused
• Acts with credibility and integrity
• Ideally you will possess the relevant assessing qualification; D32/D33, A1, TAQA or equivalent qualification 
• Minimum of 2 years experience within Health and Social Care at Level 3
• Welsh Speaker Desirable

You will be required to register with EWC to work as an assessor in Wales or produce your registartion certificate if offered a position with t2 Group

Additional Information:

Salary ranges from £18,000 to £21,000 per annum, depending on experience. 25 days holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays. Business travel and parking expenses are covered by the company.

You must have your own transport, a Broadband connection at home and car insurance covered by business class. A laptop and mobile phone will be provided.
