Role Title: Receptionist
Location: Melrose Hall
Reports to: Work Based Learning Manager
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Direct visitors by giving instructions. Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges. Liaising and assisting administration department with daily targets and displaying teamwork whenever possible.
Taking telephone Calls Post in and out of the Company Posting City and Guilds Paper Tests Booking in visitors Fire procedure (Roll call) Fire Marshall Processing Reviews through the T2 Uploader Booking tests through City and Guilds Couriers – Deliveries in and out of the business Sorting through received Certificates into contracts Distributing post throughout Head Office Booking meeting rooms Experience required:
Customer Service/Reception experience essential Knowledge of T2 Uploader is desirable Knowledge of City and Guilds website desirable In-depth knowledge of the Iassess system is desirable
